We maintain that what people have in common, not only within a nation, but also across national-political boundaries in the world as a whole, is far greater than what divides and separates them. Without exception and regardless of faith, we will try to meet with everyone and we hope that, this will awaken everyone’s awareness about different cultures.
Unless we accept that different positions mean different understandings, we cannot benefit from others’ thoughts and ideas. We believe that instead of being prejudiced against one another or ignoring others, we should establish a medium for mutual understanding and dialog among all cultures, civilizations, faiths or people having different worldviews and we should realize the important matters of dialog and tolerance, which today’s world needs so much. There are so many things we have in common to emphasize. We should focus on our common points rather than differences. Let’s insist on ideas that will lead us to dialog.
We strongly believe that goodness, beauty, truthfulness and being virtuous are the essence of the world and humanity. Whatever happens, the world will one day find this essence. We are all on the same ship. If it leaks, we will all sink together, instead, let’s all together make it swim safely…
